About

The European Centre for High Sensitivity focuses on providing information and psychotherapeutic support for people who are highly sensitive. It also offers information, support, assessment and consultation for those who simply want to find out whether they are highly sensitive or who want to know more about their trait. It also provides more in-depth psychotherapeutic tools for those who want to deepen their understanding or their acceptance of their trait or who want to work on issues related to their high sensitivity, such as stress management, emotional regulation or interpersonal issues.
German Psychotherapist Tom Falkenstein founded the European Centre for High Sensitivity in 2015. After obtaining his degree in psychology at the University of Glasgow, he completed his five-year post-graduate training in psychotherapy in Berlin. He has worked as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist since 2006 in both Berlin and London, using an in-depth, integrative therapy approach to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy and mindfulness-based therapies.
Tom Falkenstein offers consultation and therapy in both English and German.
