"The Highly Sensitive Man is a major contribution to the expansion of mental, physical, emotional and soulful intelligence. Tom Falkenstein has written a book that cracks open the conversation about how men can blend their strength, sensitivity and unique gifts into a more modern and whole definition of what it is to be a man. It's a breath of fresh air in the midst of a cultural determination to reduce toxic masculinity. This book is a balm, a movement, and a revelation ".

In an intimate small-group setting, participants will learn about overstimulation and dealing with the strong feelings that accompany it. On the second day, we will focus on empowerment and self-care for the highly sensitive person. The aim of this weekend workshop is to provide participants with concrete tools and techniques to better deal with the challenges that come from being highly sensitive, but equally provide a safe space for sharing and interacting with each other. There is some flexibiltiy to the programm of the weekend depending on the the participants needs and wants.
